It is to address that Planzee referred to in this document as ‘App’. All work carried out by the App is on the understanding that the client has agreed to the App’s Terms and Conditions

- Our Content: All other content available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found Privacy policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planzee, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.
